TC Exports is an Israeli company that has achieved
international renown through innovative promotion of new
products marketed by top American and European home
improvement chains. In the U.S., for instance, TC Exports
works primarily with Home Depot, with exports topping
$150, 000,000 annually. In 2001, ERD launched a two-
year turnkey project designed to ensure TC Exports’
transition to a new business-processes-architecture based
on ERD’s innovative proprietary business management
software product, R-commerce. This package provided
TC Exports with a comprehensive, customizable and highly
robust set of integrated features that address a gamut of
complex interrelated business functions starting with
design analysis of business logic and requirements
through new product management, costing, commercial
processes, export, shipping management and QA. ERD
worked hand in hand with TC Exports and with Home
Depot suppliers to ensure a seamless integration of the
new software environment with those extant at TC Exports,
at Home Depot and its contractors.
